At the junction of the a3022 follow the signs for the Sea Front. When you reach the Sea Front make a left turn onto Torbay Road. Follow Torbay Road to the third roundabout (this is just past Debenhams). Turn left at this roundabout onto Babbacombe Road. Make a right turn at the next traffic lights onto Meadfoot Road, which then becomes Meadfoot Sea Road. Our hotel is on the right hand side, just 3 minutes up the road. Just look for the Royal blue sign.
