Experience an amazing voyage around the world’s oceans and rivers at this fascinating Oceanarium on the beach at Bournemouth. It features sea creatures from over four continents, including the deadly, flesh-eating piranha from the Amazon and sharks and turtles from the Great Barrier Reef. There is also an interactive Caribbean zone and a beachside cafe offering spectacular views of the sea. Admission: Adults GBP5.75; Children GBP3.75.

The Oceanarium is a fully interactive experience with touch screen games, feeding demonstrations and talks, plasma screen documentaries, walk-through underwater tunnel and exhibits to help you discover more about this fascinating underwater world.

Information
The Oceanarium is located on the seafront at Bournemouth on the West Beach promenade, opposite the Pier and close to the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC).
From the A338 Wessex Way, follow the brown tourist signs to Oceanarium, Beaches & Pier or BIC.
Coaches can drop off their passengers in the turning area behind the Oceanarium, next to the BIC, just a minute walk from the Oceanarium.
Disabled Parking
For blue parking badge holders, parking is available at Bath Road or the Exeter Road carpark, which is a short, level distance through Bournemouth Gardens.

Opening Times
The Oceanarium is open daily throughout the year from 10am (except for Christmas Day when we are closed). Closing times vary with the different seasons, so please check before visiting.
