Limassol Castle

The castle is situated near the old harbour and it is build in typical 12th century structure. At a later date it is restored by the Venetians. Although the structure is not very impressive today, it is still of its own historical importance. And there is a quite interesting medieval museum inside, which is worth a visit. Opening Hours: Mon - Fri from 7.30am till 5pm, Sat from 9am till 5pm. Entrance is free.
