Project of Sinan Çetin, Turkey's most high-profile director, this is "a coffeehouse-cum-screening-room for films you missed" (in Turkish kaçirdiginiz filmler). Kafika has a stock of more than 700 films in various languages (with subtitles), viewable in one of six rooms sparsely outfitted with comfy close-to-the-ground chairs and tables. There's even a nonsmoking room. The cafe section has a chic look with high-backed designer chairs and a stainless-steel bar.
