From Exeter take the A380 to Newton Abbot and Torquay from where you can follow the road signs to Torquay. When you get to Torquay, continue until you reach the traffic lights with Torre Railway Station & Halfords on your right. Bear right into Avenue Road and continue heading straight, which will take you on to Kings Drive. At the seafront turn left and when you reach the next traffic lights, enter the left hand lane and proceed up the hill in front of you. Approximately 300 yards up the hill you will see a turning left, which is Croft Road. The hotel is 100 yards down on the left.
