Nestled at the base of Bodrum Castle, the Hadigari (Turkish for "let's go") occupies an old powerhouse transformed into a series of inviting intimate spaces left virtually empty on warm summer evenings, when the festivities spill out onto the quayside terrace. An early drink at a candlelit rail-side table with classic jazz playing in the background sets the mood for romance, while the subliminal revolving image of a camel does its job at filling the ashtrays. Dinner is served in the restaurant (reservations required) on the upper level from 6pm to midnight. As the hours progress, the music adapts, so that by 3am the hammering of an underground beat prevails. The Hadigari logo is also for sale in the form of an elegant tea service or on their house-brand tea and coffee.
