Immediately turn right into Bedford Road (signposted Sampford Spiney), and follow road all way up the hill for approximately 1.25 miles. Go past farm on the left. Turn left at the crossroads. Brook House is the first house on the left. Alternatively, if coming from Tavistock, take A386 south towards Yelverton and Plymouth. At Horrabridge, turn left (signposted for village centre). Remaining directions are the same as above.
