Description
Bournemouth Aviation Museum (Bournemouth Aviation Charitable Foundation Ltd) furthers interest in ex-military and civilian vintage jet aircraft.
Many are not just on static display but are on an operational base where the public can view aircraft such as the BAC one eleven (static), Jet Provost, and Sea Vixen being flown on a regular basis, weather permitting. The public can view the engineering facilities and the restoration and maintenance carried out by the team of fully qualified professional engineers. There is a museum shop, restroom with vending refreshments, picnic area, and free car parking.

Wheelchair access, refreshments and a large, safe picnic area offering possibly the best view of the airport operations and a close proximity to the end of the runway.
