At the top of the slip road, take the second exit off the roundabout and proceed south along Dyke Road.After 1.2 miles turn right into the Droveway and left into Shirley Drive, (alternatively continue until reaching the next traffic lights and turn right into The Upper Drive before turning left into Shirley Drive.) Proceed south until reaching the seafront, then turn left keeping in the left hand lane. After 0.5 mile you will pass the Grand Hotel, the belgrave is just beyond this at No. 64 Kings Road.
